A Georgia Tradition Since 1983
Debuting in 1983, the Lasershow has dazzled generations of visitors with its stunning mix of music, lights, and pyrotechnics projected onto the world’s largest outdoor screen—the 825-foot-tall granite face of Stone Mountain.
What began as a cutting-edge laser display has evolved into an awe-inspiring visual experience. In 2011, Mountainvisionwas introduced, incorporating state-of-the-art digital video projection that delivers jaw-dropping 3D-like effects—no glasses required.
What to Expect
With Mountainvision, the mountain itself transforms into a dynamic stage:
-Watch Stone Mountain become a volcano spewing lava down its sides.
-See the massive granite crumble right before your eyes.
-Experience projections that are five times larger than an IMAX screen and taller than the Statue of Liberty.
It’s like watching a 5,500-inch high-definition TV under the stars, surrounded by the beauty of Stone Mountain Park.
