Chamblee to Host Babe Walls Mural Festival: A Celebration of Art, Diversity, and Community

Get ready, art lovers! Chamblee is about to become a canvas for creativity as the city welcomes the Babe Walls Mural Festival from November 7–10, 2024. This four-day festival will celebrate the talent and vision of women and non-binary artists, transforming the Chamblee Rail Trail into a vibrant outdoor art gallery.

The Festival Experience

Babe Walls is known for its commitment to uplifting diverse voices in the arts, and this event marks its Chamblee debut. Spanning from the Keswick Softball Field to the iconic Clairmont Bridge piano, over 30 talented artists will bring 20 murals to life, offering attendees a front-row seat to the artistic process.

In addition to watching murals come to life, festivalgoers can enjoy:

Artsy Vendors showcasing unique creations.

Food Trucks serving up local flavors.

A lively Artist Market on Saturday.

“By the end of this festival, Chamblee will boast an accessible outdoor museum of street art,” said Teneisha Jones, Chamblee’s Public Art Coordinator. “We’re thrilled to partner with Babe Walls and create a celebration of art and community.”
