From History to Harmony: Celebrate Juneteenth in Stonecrest

Join the City of Stonecrest as it honors history, culture, and community during the 5th Annual Juneteenth Celebration of Freedom on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Southeast Athletic Complex. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, family, and friends for an evening filled with live entertainment, cultural experiences, delicious food, and community connection. This year's celebration will feature unforgettable performances from Groove Dimensions featuring Gino Langino and Grammy-nominated artist Ashanti Floyd, The MADD Violinist, along with a breathtaking cirque-style spectacular that celebrates the spirit and legacy of Juneteenth.

Guests can explore the history and significance of Juneteenth, honor the contributions of early African Americans in the Stonecrest community, shop with local vendors, enjoy family-friendly activities, and create lasting memories with loved ones. The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display.

In recognition of the importance of honoring elders within the community, limited reserved seating will be available in the Elders' Circle for guests ages 70 and older.
