The Avondale Estates Downtown Development Authority invites you to the Avondale Estates Wine & Art Walk on Saturday, May 10, from 3-7 p.m.Get ready to sip, stroll, and experience the vibrant arts scene as downtown Avondale Estates transforms into a hub of wine tastings and creative displays.
An Unforgettable Afternoon of Wine and Art
The charming downtown of Avondale Estates will come alive as retail shops and restaurants transform into wine-tasting destinations. More than 20 local businesses will be offering unique wine samples, while the streets come to life with art exhibits, live music, and performances curated by the Avondale Arts Alliance. Whether you're a wine enthusiast, an art lover, or just looking for a delightful way to spend the afternoon, this event has something for everyone.
Your Ticket to the Experience
When you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive:
-Entry to the event
-A commemorative wine glass
-Sample wine tastings at over 20 Avondale Estates businesses
-Access to art and entertainment throughout downtown
Event Details & Check-In
The festivities will kick off at the Avondale Estates Town Green, 64 N. Avondale Rd., where check-in will start at 3 p.m. Be sure to bring a photo ID to verify your age, as Georgia law prohibits alcohol consumption or purchase by anyone under 21.
Getting There and Staying Safe
To make the most of your day, we recommend using public transportation or ride-sharing services. After you’ve explored the event, stick around to dine at one of Avondale Estates' many fantastic restaurants.
While you're walking and sipping, remember that there are no street closures, so stay aware of your surroundings and vehicle traffic. Pouring ends promptly at 7 p.m., and event staff reserve the right to cut off service as needed.
