Wind Down the Weekend in Avondale Estates

Good music, great company and a Sunday evening on the Town Green—sounds like the perfect way to wrap up the weekend.

The Weekend Wind Down Concert Series is back for its fifth season in Avondale Estates, bringing free live music to the Town Green throughout the fall. Presented by The Jade at Avondale, the series invites you to grab a blanket or lawn chair, bring your crew and settle in for an evening of music, food and community.

Catch the Fall Lineup

The season continues with three more opportunities to join the fun:

September 27 | 5–8 PM — Blue Talk

October 11 | 5–8 PM — Buddy Red

November 8 | 4–7 PM — Andrew Holley Band

Music begins one hour after each event starts, giving you plenty of time to find your spot, grab something to eat or drink and enjoy the atmosphere before the show.

Make a Sunday of It

Before heading to the Town Green, spend a little extra time exploring Avondale Estates. Grab a bite from a local restaurant, stop for a drink, browse around downtown and then make your way over for the concert. It’s an easy way to turn an ordinary Sunday into a mini DeKalb adventure.

Weekend Wind Down concerts are FREE and take place at the Avondale Estates Town Green, 64 N. Avondale Road, Avondale Estates, GA 30002. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Come for the music, stay for the atmosphere and wind down the DeKalb way.
