Guest service in the post-COVID-19 era will require a heightened level of customer care. As millions of people have been isolated and some facing financial hardship, it’ll be up to businesses to deliver experiences that meet guests’ changing needs with empathy, care and concern.

Discover DeKalb will be offering a FREE virtual training program on June 4th, designed to provide your business with advanced levels of guest service so that you’re prepared to meet the needs of a new landscape within the hospitality industry.

This free 3-hour program will be presented by Donna Satchell Kimble who introduces attendees to specific industry skills and knowledge with real world application. This will be a Zoom meeting, making attendance easier than ever. After completing the program, attendees will be awarded “Service Centric Certified” certificates.
