One of Atlanta's most affluent neighborhoods and the home of Emory University. Druid Hills, GA is home to art and culture, distinct parks, world-renowned Emory University and public health organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Homes in this neighborhood include Georgian, Tudor, Jacobean, and Italian Renaissance as well as early 20th Century Victorian mansions.
This urban neighborhood was designed by noted landsape architect Frederick Law Olmsted. Its central corridor, Ponce de Leon Avenue, functions as the community's central promenade. This neighborhood is also noted for being the filming location for Driving Miss Daisy.
